- Three Coalition members opened nation's first soy biodiesel metered blending facility in Jolietville, IN
- City of Indianapolis and State of Indiana partnered to install ethanol and biodiesel fueling stations for flex fuel fleet
- Increased the number of AFV's on the road by 49% from 2002
